FORGING & RING ROLLING FACILITY
Online - Q2 2029
With a planned start of commercial production by Q2 2029, USFR will be the first facility of its kind in the USA and Europe. The factory will be capable of rolling seamless rings up to 52ft. in diameter. The new factory will have a covered area of more than 45,000 square meters (450,000 sq. ft.), enabling the complete production cycle without relying on external subcontractors.
Ring Rolled products:
Finished flanges, soft machined forged rings (for bearings, gears, manufacturers for production of yaw rings, pitch bearings, main shaft bearings and other components.
Open Die forging products:
Bars, Hollows, Discs, Forged Bars, Sleeves, Shafts, Pinions.

LARGE FABRICATIONS FACILITY
Online - Q4 2028
This facility will produce up to 100,000 metric tons of steel cylinders and shells annually, with diameters up to 52 feet and lengths of up to 150 feet.
The factory will have direct access to a wharf for shipment of large sections directly to end users or downstream fabrication yards. It will support the energy & infrastructure sectors, supplying critical shell components and containment vessels for a wide range of applications.
